ted and experienced personal injury lawyers, who will assist and advise you on your compensation claim.

We work with cases such as :-

The Funding of your Personal Injury Claim

People are often intrigued as to how personal injury claims are paid for. There are horror stories from people being awarded thousands of pounds, only to find they are left with as little as twenty to thirty pounds at the end of the claim.

    No win no fee

We provide a full no win no fee service. There is no cost to you throughout your claim for compensation. Every penny of compensation awarded to you will be kept by you.

    Who pays us ?

We are paid by the person or body at fault’s insurance company. They pay your compensation and our fees for working with you. That is why we do not have to charge you anything. As long as we have your full co-operation throughout the claim we will never  charge you.

    Legal Expenses Insurance

On taking out motor insurance, you may well have been offered legal expenses insurance which covers your legal expenses should you wish to pursue a claim arising from a motor accident. Your home insurance policy may also include legal expenses insurance. Any claim for personal injury will not push up the premium on your main policy, legal expenses insurance is just an appendix to that policy.

Many such policies try to limit your choice of solicitors, as most insurers have arrangements with solicitors for the provision of claims made under legal expenses insurance policies. However, if you push the issue with your insurers you should still be able to choose a solicitor you want to act for you, as long as that solicitor can demonstrate to insurers the relevant experience and success.

Simply it is an insurance policy paid for by the solicitors pursuing your claim. The solicitor will incur costs by working for you and the Legal expenses will pay for these should the claim fail, meaning you don’t have to pay a penny out of your compensation.

    Conditional Fee Agreement

A Conditional fee agreement, in very brief terms, is the formal term for a no win no fee agreement. It is simply an agreement between you and your solicitors that they will pursue your personal injury claim against the party that caused the accident on the understanding that if the claim does not succeed you will not be charged legal fees but if the case is successful the defendant will pay your legal costs and a success fee which you and they agree from the beginning.
