David Winston

Head of our Employment Department and the managing partner of the firm's London office, David was admitted as a solicitor in 1994. He is also admitted to practice at the New York State Bar (USA) as an Attorney and Counselor at law. He is a qualified mediator and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Employment Lawyers Association. David has an LL.M in employment law and advises in all aspects of employment law to both employers and employees.
