Whether you are an employer, a business, an employee, a contractor, an agency worker or home worker, you are almost certain to have acquired some employment obligations or employment rights whether you intended to or not! Over the last few years, there has been a significant increase in the rights that apply to those running a business or working for one, typically as an employer and employee, but not always.

We believe taking early advice is essential when a potential dispute first appears. This may have been caused by ignorance or a misunderstanding but whatever the reason, certain rights can be lost if action is not taken in respect of disputes in the workplace within a set time.
